Ms. Patty assisted us in a repair on a necklace and ended up helping my fiancé and I pick out my engagement ring and band. She was very helpful and sweet. The process was very easy and relatively quick. She was very knowledgeable and made sure we were able to get exactly what we liked. The staff in the store are always very friendly. Highly recommend Kay Jewelers at Premium Outlet.

Mrs Patty is amazing, she went above and beyond to help me find what I love! I have been looking for months and had a hard time figuring out what I want. She was so patient and let me see all the different rings. She even ordered another piece they did not have in stock for me to pick up later. They have great prices too.
